id go down a shade on the lipstick me try the blush color on lipstick.
Cant tell...your hair (very cute by the way) is hiding your face. If you are having to ask the question, however either someone has made mention to you that you are or you may have reservations about it yourself. I would maybe lighten up the lipstick...however for night wear it's perfectly fine. Go with lighter colors during the day and more dramatic at night.


And if you choose to wear the darker color red as in the picture just go light on the clothes. (wear white with the Texas red you have on)
if you wore that much makeup all the time, i'd say TOO MUCH, but since you mix it up every now and then, I say, you're one fun chick! ;]

I definetly think you wear too much. Not to hurt your feelings. It looks like your biggest problem is applying too much blush and putting blush in the wrong places, from the picture. Just apply it on your cheek bones. And before you go out when you put lipstick on, kind of kiss a tisue. If a lot comes off, you have too much on (if you are using a good brand).
