How can I make my face look hotter w/ makeup?

i want to change my look for school next year. Now i dont use any makeup. sometimes a little bit of clear lip gloss. But i want to enhance myself. I'm a dirty blonde, blue eyes, fair skin tone. I dont want anything thats like screaming BAM as i walk by but i want to turn heads. Any tips on what to use or colors or application it would b very helpful thanks :DHow can I make my face look hotter w/ makeup?
go for a nice very light/shimmery brown eyeshadow..and brown eyeliner..then top it off with a dark mascara.

i wouldn't use any colours at all. natural always looks the best (maybe smoky eyes for special occasions)


just try a tinted lip balm (rose %26amp;co if you've heard of it, do a real good one called cherry tint. yum) and some mascara. as you're fair i would suggest a black/brown one, it's dark, but not too dark.


if you have some spots, use a mineral concealer.


and remember, always wash the make up off at night. or even better, when you get in from being out.
you should use either a light bronzer or a peachy pink blush (i recommend maybelline dream mousse blush), and maybe some brown mascara and a little brown eyeliner pencil. you can also try accentuating your lips with a bright fun color lipstick, like coral, but if you do, keep the rest of your face neutral.
mascara mascara mascara... it opens your eyes, use brown and tans for eyeshadow colors, its natural but still more then nothing... if you use eyeliner use brown because you have light hair and eyes, no bronzers or blush thats fake and changes your skin color on your face, and use peach or nude color lip glosses... you'll notice a subtle difference.
Use bronzer for your cheeks and only apply it under your cheek bones or on them, use black eyeliner or just use mascara and when you put it on close your eyes and do it, it makes your eyes pop more. Use black mascara also :))
inner beauty is great. don't use makeup to look attractive.


but if you want to look better, i'd say a light shade of blush, not too much, lip gloss and mascara/eyeliner.

that's all you need, your lips are probably pinkish, and mascara will bring attention to your eyes, and pinkish blush to your skin.
Lol...I'd have to say you can't..





But you can always eat healthy and drink lots of water to prevent pimples and chapped lips....That's a start. =]





But other than that. Maybe clear mascara? and Chapstick?
I think doing some mascara on your eyes, and either some frosty white eyeshadow or a golden color. Some clear nude lip gloss would look nice too : )
