Yeah, for the most part. I like girls w/ a little makeup, normally eyeliner, blush, and some mascara, and foundation.. But if they over do it, it makes them look slutty.Does wearing makeup make a girl more hot?
Wearing makeup is only supposed to be used to enhance a persons features, sometimes when people wear to much it can make them look worse then what they look like with no makeup at all.
I think if you look after your skin, and wear simple makeup like a bit of foundation, bronzer, curled eyelashes and mascara, you can look great. Because you arent hiding your face, only enhancing it.
