here's a video of it... if you`re talking about the smokey eye look

I don't get stuck on titles like ';day'; or ';night';. I wear a ';night'; look during the day quite often! (My husband loves it.) But, if you're referring to ';smoky eyes';, here's help:
I like a dark gray-brown color. Apply just above crease, horizontally, with a quality brush. Blend up. It may take a few coats to be dark enough. That's basically it! (Keep the lid and arch area nude.)
Finish your eyes with black liner. Apply the liner as close to your lashes as possible. Even work it in to the lashes. (Tip: for upper lashes, this means applying from below the lashes) Apply the liner to the inner rims of your eyes, too, if they aren't sensitive. And apply black mascara.
It may look quite dramatic during the process. Don't freak out. Keep going until all the eye makeup is applied. Then you'll see how it all comes together.
Keep your lips simple when eyes are dark, or it's just too much. Clear or slightly tinted gloss is all you need. How do you do the night makeup? I think it looks really hot but i don't know how to do it... any suggestions??
I'd advise to go dark with the colors. whatever color looks best on u, like if purple looks good on u then go with a darker shade same with the eye liner and lip stick create your own style MAKE IT LOOK HOT!!!

this is the best makeup site, especially if you like mac cosmetics. in the tutorials section, there are step by step directions with pics for various looks - my fave is the bronze smokey eye. i have learned so much about makeup and beauty from this site, check it out!
Daytime makeup usually calls for a more natural barely there look and night time makeup is most often more dramatic. Try deeper reds and darker liners and mascara and you should be able to achieve this look with no problem.
This should help you:)
