Why do some girls find it necessary to wear tons and tons of makeup?

I'm talking to the point where it looks like they have dough on their face. I mean a little makeup is fine, by what's the purpose of going completely overboard like that? do they do it on purpose? cause personally i think that some is ok, but there's a definite point where they've gone way to far. anyone else feel this way?Why do some girls find it necessary to wear tons and tons of makeup?
Maybe because they want to?


Because they think it looks nice?


Because they are self concious and feel that putting on that amount of make-up hides their face.


There is loads of reasons, why do people die their hair purple or green? Why do people wear the clothes they do?


Theres loads of reasons why people do things but its probably because they like it.

Sometimes girls really feel that they are not that attractive, or may have some skin problems. All they are trying to do is look better, which is no crime.





And with all the (silly) pressures all people are subject to, in the grand scheme of things there are worse things, e.g. boob jobs, that a young lady could do.
Well, it makes me feel good about myself.


I wear foundation, eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner.


Sometimes I still don't feel satisfied with myself!
They haven't been taught to apply makeup properly :/
Some girls are dont like the way the look with out it and it becomes an obbession
Yes, ure right, some girls think they look better, but it looks... not good, I prefer a little bit powder and thats it..

because to think they need it to look good
