How about: A little black dress, strapless or at least with spaghetti straps, bright red lipstick, long, black fingernails and dusty blue, heavy eye shadow. Nylons with the line along the back of the leg, red or black stilettos. And of course, the mandatory witch's broom. The hat would be optional. Of course one would have to tailor this outfit to suit her but this should give you a general idea.
