Whats a good makeup that doesn't melt in the hot weather, isn't cakey, but has amazing coverage?

i have rosacea so my face gets really red reallly fast.


this means i need something really good to cover it up..


but now that its hot and summery out, my normal is too heavy.

What I found out is that your makeup does not ';melt.'; What happens is that the heat sucks up moisture causing your face to produce oil and sweat. This oil and sweat breaks down the makeup, causing it to run, which makes it seem as if it is melting.





Just try putting on an oil mattifier before you put on your makeup and that should help. If not, try a waterproof makeup (which would resist the sweat).
I had the same problem I like to use any of Mary Kay foundation or powder. I usually use the Mineral powder because it blends for a airbrush finish. But your face still looks natural. Also when I apply it last all day and does run or fall apart during the day.
