How can I be a makeup artist for Hot topic?

So i really want to be a makeup artist for hot topic.


I do makeup rather well with crazy colors, unique designs, and i think i do a great job.

So my question is does anyone know how i can be a makeup artist for hot topic, how old i have to be, the requirements and criteria for being one, and such.
