Makeup tips for hot weather?

Do you know any beauty tips for dealing with hot humid weather? Which foundations, mascaras, hair products etc are good to use?

Get a good moisturiser with a tan enhancer that carries a sun protection factor of 15 plus. Apply just a little to give you a soft glow. Apply a little blusher, a soft powder shadow in the colour of your choice and apply a coordinated waterproof mascara. Use a soft colour lipgloss and you will look cool and natural. You should not wear heavy makeup in hot weather, it causes spots or eruptions and it slides off your face. Add a little lid liner for evening wear.





Throw all your existing cosmetics into a cupboard until winter.


Your skin will improve, you will get a little natural colour without damage to your skin.
waterproof eye makeup so that the humid weather or your sweat doesnt make it drip. use NYC products for your eyemakeup because those products arent tested on animals. then lipgloss instead of lipstick. use neolia olive oil shampoo and conditioner cuz it makes your hair soft and silky. you can get it at costco. bear minerals is a really good foundation. i like the costco blush.
All I know is that when it is extremely hot and humid I try to wear as little make up as possible. Usually just a little concealer here and there to try to even out my skin. I use a blush or bronzer on my cheeks and eye lids to give my face a little color. Then I throw on a little waterproof mascara and I'm good to go...





All of this, of course, after I use a good SPF moisturizer.
go as natural as you can during the summer.


take care of your skin and you wont need foundation because no matter what kind you get it will eventually melt off.


waterproof mascara is great though for swimming and sweating when its hot.


with your hair its going to try to revert back to its natural state, so use things that enhance it. so if its wavy use stuff that helps it curl because in the heat and humidity ts going to go that way anyway. and straight hair is going to go flat...
Well even though i dont wear makeup, i can defenatly say NO MASCARA! it will smudge and be a total DISASTER. wear your blush light so it wont start melting. For hair scub thouroghly and rinse to get all the sweat, sand, ( from beaches) and everything else out. be sure to only apply the conditioner to the ends of the hair, beauty tip.

i dont use eyeliner cuz it can run and smug when its hot out, i also use powder foundation cuz its light and easy to apply on my face. also use water proof mascara incase you get in the pool, then you dont have to worry about ';black eyes';
All lightweight makeup that allows the skin to breathe. No mascara, just use an eyelash curler or an eyelash curler after applying clear colorless mascara. No heavy lipstick. Sheer lipsticks and glosses are great. Keep it light and simple.
Actually, the other day on the radio i heard an announcment of clinique makeup at your local dillards, promotion of course, that is made especially to resist schorching weather

I have been trying to figure this out myself.





Mineral makeup is great and not heavy, and just use a primer on your eyes to keep the shadow in place. Waterproof mascara, and yes they do make it in organic.
for hair, use some deep conditioning lotion on it so the sun doesn't damage it too much.


try not to wear too much makeup, it'll just turn into a mess if your really active that day and end up sweating
You can buy this stuff called ';model in a bottle'; that you spray on your face and it keeps your making looking fresh all day.


You can also spray a little bit of hairspray on your face to help your make-up stay.
You can get loads of waterproof makeup now but id suggest you didnt wear too much foundation / powder etc bcoz heat opens ur pores and makeup blocks it.
Make up forever face and body foundation is waterproof and set it with make up for ever high definition powder , makes you skin matte and your foundation last all day, grap a waterproof version of your favorite mascara :D
a little bronzer....preferably a light natural tan. light mascara and lightly colored lipgloss, save the heavy make-up for tripping the night fantastic.
I would say waterproof and definitley don't use too much. If you do, you sweating and the sun will make it run...and we all know that doesn't look good.
I really like NYC face powder, it really works well and keeps your makeup good in hot weather. Also, mineral foundations work great too!
I normally use mineral foundation works ok for me.
