So ja makeup is very hot on Bill,but come to think of it he is just as hawt w/o makeup.

Totally hot! To an extent..Like eyeliner and that's it.
I preffer girls to just be themselves, and look like themselves. So I would much preffer it if they didn't wear it... or atleast, not as much, and not as often.
