Is Primer makeup necessary ?

I have acne-prone skin. And it's oily too. So normally I wear moisturizer before putting my mineral foundation. But is it really necessary to use a primer makeup ? Any cheap ones to recommend ? Or is moisturizer enough before using makeup ?

Primer is used to make a base for your foundation to sit on. It will make your foundation last longer throughout the day but if you are wearing moisturiser, that will do the job too.Is Primer makeup necessary ?
yeah stick with your moistorizer. you dont really need primer i mean it does help a bit but if you start with a good foundation %26amp; powder . you won't really need it . but i like
